We are looking for an enthusiastic, eager to learn and flexible Human Resource Intern. Are you open-minded and do you not shy away from a challenge? Then read on quickly!

Main tasks and responsibilities:

As an intern within the Human Resources department you will be operational in the department, supporting the HR Director and HR Officers of the department. You participate in the inflow, outflow and throughput of personnel and you carry out associated administrative activities.
In addition, you are partly responsible for managing open vacancies and correspondence related to recruitment and selection, preparing employment, creating and updating personnel files and you guide new employees through the organization. You also carry out supporting activities for the benefit of the salary administration.

Job requirements:

Working in the hospitality industry is a challenge. A challenge that requires passion and motivation, as well as perseverance and discipline. That is why we are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and services and an inquisitive and professional attitude. The following qualities are expected of you as a Human Resource Intern:

An education in HRM, administration or tourism;
Good command of English (written and oral);
Full time availability;
You are hospitable and representative;
You have a little experience and still want to learn a lot;
Easy to communicate with;
You feel at home in a service-oriented environment.
